The Nanjing Jinmao Plaza project constructed by Ruihe has been awarded by the owner

Recently, the project department of Nanjing Jinmao Plaza has received a letter of appreciation from Nanjing International Group. The exquisite decoration project of renovation of the sales center of Xuanwu Lake Jinmao Plaza in Nanjing constructed by our company, is part of the comprehensive transformation project of Xuanwu Lake Jinmao Plaza in Nanjing. There have been a total of more than a dozen construction companies working at the project (three of them are decoration companies), and it has been a real honor that our company has received this letter. The appreciation letter from the owner has been a recognition of the work of the project department of Nanjing Jinmao Plaza.


The project of the exquisite decoration of the Sales Center (Phase II) of Nanjing International Xuanwu Lake Jinmao Plaza, which is located by Xuanwu Lake at No. 201 Central Road in Nanjing, is a key project of the state-own enterprise Franshion Properties (China) Limited. The project is the exquisite decoration project of the sales center of the first super five-star hotel - Starwood St. Regis in Nanjing - owned by Nanjing International Group, the subsidiary of the state-own enterprise Franshion Properties (China) Limited. The project has been chair designed by HBA, the top international hotel design company in America, and deepened design by Suzhou Design Institute of Ruihe. During the designing process, the Suzhou Design Institute has been personally led by Dean Xiaojun Tang, who formed a team of 9 designers to engage in full communication with the design master David from HBA about the design plan. After 20 days of continuous overtime work at day and night, the deepening design work of the construction plans has been completed, which has laid the foundation for the next construction process.


When the Ruihe project department of Nanjing Jinmao Plaza has undertaken the project, it has attached a great importance to control the quality, and strictly follow the schedule. The work of the project department has been approved by the owner, which has prepared Ruihe to undertake the exquisite decoration project of St. Regis Hotel for the next step.




(During the working process) Firstly, after entering into the construction site, the project department has strictly managed the construction site with civilization requirement in accordance with the company’s VI standardized image program. It would do every task well, pay attention to every detail of the construction process, make careful arrangement of temporary facilities, warehouses, offices and other parts, and organize about ten staff day and night to clean the construction site. After the cleaning work has been done, the visitors to the construction site would leave no dust on their shoes when walking.


Secondly, the project department is in strict compliance with the laws and regulations of architectural decoration, and it resolutely carries out the provisions of construction contracts, shows integrity to the business owner and puts the contract performance in the first place of its work. The project department has regularly organized the construction team to work overtime, in order to finish their work in strict accordance with the construction schedule.


Thirdly, the project department has formed strict standardized working processes in the construction, resolutely implemented the manual, procedures and work instructions of three systems - quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety management system – which has shown the owner its professional norms.


Fourthly, the project department has been guided by the leaders in charge, to organize study of site management and construction. Through various activities, the exchange of technology has been promoted, and the technological innovation has been deepened, foundation for the installation of special materials has been laid, and a good corporate brand image of Ruihe has been established.
